We approached this as a product-thinking problem, not just a website build. Our then CTO, Zuber Patel, led the entire project end-to-end — from the first client conversation to the final handover. Zuber was the single point of contact for Lamcon throughout, managing all communication with Dr. Lamba's team while simultaneously driving every technical and design decision on the build.
WordPress with LearnPress was the deliberate platform choice — offering the right balance of flexibility, cost-efficiency, and feature richness for Lamcon's specific needs. No custom code was written. The real work lay in intelligent configuration, content architecture, and thoughtful UX decisions.
The theme was an Elementor Site Kit template — a professionally designed base layout that was extensively customised to align with Lamcon's brand identity. Every visual and functional decision was made through native WordPress, Elementor, and LearnPress capabilities.
